With the recent elections, there will be openings on several committees, if anyone is interested in joining, send an email to the committee of choice through this website.

There are volunteers needed for a Committee to update the Canterbury Heights HOA Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines (Community Guidelines Committee) - Please contact Management if you would like to volunteer!

Architectural Review: Reviews existing rules found in Woodmore West’s documents and proposes modifications as needed; monitors compliance with and enforcements of architectural control provisions; reviews applications by homeowners for architectural alterations and additions.		Chairperson:

Grounds: Develops guidelines and standards for the use and maintenance of common areas; compiles and follows up on complaints; monitors the performance of maintenance activities.		Chairman: OPEN

Social: Welcomes new residents to the community; plans and hosts community-wide activities and get-togethers.		Chairman: OPEN

Newsletter: Informs residents of issues relating to covenants, laws, and events affecting the community and of community activities and programs. Website: Monitor and administer the website to make sure information is as current and up to date as possible relevent to our HOA and unique community.
